Contact Me

Just sittin’ here waitin’ for you to call or write…

Now that my trip is long over, there’s not much of a reason to have this page, but it’s easier for me to edit the text than to delete the whole page.

Should you desire to contact me, the best ways are via e-mail (bgeschwind@verizon.net) and telephone (+1 917-273-2517 is my mobile).  If you’d like my bank routing number, let me know, and I’ll send that along.

  1. Ben & Aytan,
Falling Water is a great place to start your adventure. When you are there you will see a number of modern wind turbines on a nearby hillside. A friend of mine built that project just a few years ago.

  2. Have you considered “The World’s Largest Ball of Twine” (Cawker City, KS) or “The World’s Largest Office Chair” (Anniston, Alabama). Just in case you were planning to see “The World’s Largest Icosahedron” it unfortunately no longer exists, it is now the Geometry Center at University of Minnesota. However, If you’re in Minnesota, you might as well go to Darwin, Minnesota and check out “The World’s Largest Ball of Twine” …Yes! There are two Largest Ball of Twine(s), (maybe you can see both and decide who’s telling the truth).
But fer mah money… I’d check out “The World’s Largest Bowling Pin (Tampa, Florida)!!
I know you guys will make it fun, stay safe and have a great time. Have a ball ! (of twine maybe).

  3. First, please correct your intro message at top: “so if for would like a quicker “; then have a super time. I’ll be thinking of you…

  4. Looks like you are off to a great start. Some scenes of the most recent Batman movie were also shot in downtown Pittsburgh while I was there last year. Entire blocks were cordoned off and dusted with artificial snow.

  5. Ben & Aytan,
The adventure sounds great so far. I am also elated to learn that the “Must Stop at Every Dairy Queen” rule prevails.

  6. Excellent blogging! Thanks for allowing me to vicariously join you on this adventure. Other than Bob Evan’s, I wish I were there. Be well…
