The Soundtrack

Music is an incredibly important part of my life, and I wouldn’t dream of a cross-country trip — or any road trip, for that matter — without some great music to accompany me.  In addition to the radio (broadcast and satellite) and our iPods, we are bringing lots of music on CDs — mostly rock, folk, blues and pop, along with some classical — as I am somewhat of a musical purist/snob (as much as one can be in this digital age) and still far prefer an uncompressed CD to a compressed digital file.  I’ve got hundreds of artists on my iPod, but I had to be a bit more selective for the music I was ripping to CDs.  Below is a list of the artists/composers/soundtracks whose music will be emanating from the CD player of our Honda Odyssey during our travels; most of the selections are mine, but a few are Aytan’s (can you guess which ones?).
